reFrame – ePaper Camera: Interesting new type of camera created by Bulgarian artist/technologist Kaloyan Kolev. The photos themselves are quite lovely, pleasantly dithered, and apparently there are only 5 cameras in existence and they are being passed around between photographers at the moment (if one ends up in Australia, please let me know!). Found this via the July Are.na newsletter.

Overprint Art Book Fair 2026: I came across this new art book fair coming to Sydney in November 2026 – ran by Ruby Powell-Hughes and Matt Dunne – both publishers of some interesting and great art and design. I love art book fairs and look forward to attending. I am currently in the process of launching a mini/micro-press of my own and I’m planning to request a table so I can sell some items, more on that soon!

I’m working on archiving, tagging and sorting through over 3,000 images that I’ve taken since 2015 as part of Moving Graphics: a visual collection of work trucks, vans and graphics. This will be turned into a mini-site as well as a few volumes of zines/booklets that I plan on publishing and releasing in the next few months. The photo collection in its current form can be seen on Instagram @moving_graphics.

I started designing my own mind mapping tool built on top of D3.js. I had a few different people ask me to build/design these for them and instead of endless prompting/tweaking the code manually, I started building out a mini tool that will do it for me. No clue the end goal here but it’s a fun process to play around with so far. Get in touch if you’d like to try it out before I launch publicly.
